HELLO!

Where should we begin? I want to help you connect to a life you love. In my work as a therapist, I have sat across from so many people who are cut off from their purpose, community, spirituality, relationships, and most importantly themselves. I will help you uncover and reconnect to what is most meaningful to you. I believe that no two people are alike. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual, couple or family I meet. My core belief is that each of us has the potential to heal from any pain or obstacle life has given us. It is my mission to help you uncover what the pain is, where is it coming from and how to manage and heal from it.

My style is built on this strengths-based approach and integrates solution focused, positive psychology, systems, mindful awareness, humanistic and problem solving approaches.

I graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Art Therapy. I am trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, TF-CBT and Seeking Safety. I also use the evidenced-based practices of Triple P and MAP in my work.
